As our Photographer, you’ll be responsible for the entire photographic process, from initial concept development and client consultation to shooting, editing, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and execute photography sessions for events, portraits, and studio projects.
  • Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lighting, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling photographic concepts.
  • Direct subjects during shoots to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions.
  • Perform extensive post-production work, including culling, colour correction, retouching, and image manipulation using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving.
  • Travel to various on-location sites for event and portrait photography.
  • Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to the overall visual brand strategy.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality edited images to clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Photographer with a diverse portfolio (Event, Portrait, Studio).
  • Expertise in operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for image editing and retouching.
  • Strong understanding of photographic principles: composition, lighting, colour theory, and exposure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and subject direction.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience with video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of studio management and equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with marketing and social media trends in visual content creation.
