Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for clients of all ages.

- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of client evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities.

Required Skills
- State-recognized degree in Occupational Therapy (Ergotherapie) in Germany.
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred) for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation.
