Job Description

Are you an agile and results-oriented E-commerce Specialist with a knack for optimizing online retail operations and ensuring seamless order fulfilment? Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and enhance our online store presence, drive sales, and streamline our product delivery process. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce platform, from website merchandising and content management to inventory tracking and customer order fulfilment, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional content.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO, user experience, and conversion rates, utilizing tools for keyword research and content analysis.
  • Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from order reception and processing to packaging and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to manage shipping, returns, and customer service inquiries related to delivery.
  • Analyze website performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for abandoned cart recovery, customer retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring timely responses and positive brand representation.
  • Ensure all online content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising).
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrable experience in inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
