Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments to identify musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based chiropractic treatment plans.
- Perform precise spinal adjustments and other manual therapies using various chiropractic techniques (e.g., Diversified, Gonstead, Activator).
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, postural correction, exercise, and lifestyle modifications for long-term health.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of chiropractic practice.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment, fostering patient trust and satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid chiropractic license to practice in Germany (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Proficiency in diverse chiropractic adjustment techniques.
- Excellent diagnostic and patient assessment skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with various modalities such as therapeutic exercise, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation.
- Certification or advanced training in specific chiropractic techniques or specialties (e.g., sports chiropractic, pediatrics).
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- A track record of patient retention and building a loyal patient base.
- Active participation in professional chiropractic associations.
