Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners that align with Infosys's strategic objectives and client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
- Lead negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements, including commercial terms, technical integrations, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, solution, and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings into client solutions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and conflict resolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategy.
- Represent Infosys at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our capabilities and expand our network.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in technology partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the IT services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of closing strategic deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and partner value propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience working for a large-scale IT consulting firm or global technology provider.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
