Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location, selection, and information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are well-presented and expiry dates are checked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store as required.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
