Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location, selection, and information.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are well-presented and expiry dates are checked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
  • Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
  • Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Sesotho and English.
