Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and highly creative Freelance Event Planner specializing in both wedding and corporate events to join our network of elite professionals in Walderston, Manchester, Jamaica. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for weddings and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistical plans.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors (venues, caterers, florists, photographers, etc.), and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including site inspections, setup, décor placement, and breakdown.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
