Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks, containers, and racks.
- Operate manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carefully sort, stage, and organize products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Verify accurate counts of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation, as directed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs consistently).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and verifying shipments.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and record-keeping.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Preferred Qualifications
