Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and community engagement within the Anchovy, Port Antonio region.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their financial and protective requirements.
- Present and explain various insurance policies (e.g., life, health, auto, property) in a clear and compelling manner, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
- Close sales consistently, meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Initiate and guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation, liaising with adjusters, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the Jamaican insurance industry.
- Prepare accurate insurance policy proposals, applications, and other administrative paperwork.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance experience preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
