Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging, informative, and entertaining tours of Kingston's historical sites, cultural landmarks, natural attractions, and local hidden gems.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of Kingston's history, culture, art, music (especially reggae), cuisine, and contemporary life in an accessible and captivating manner.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, addressing questions and concerns professionally, and adapting to unexpected situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and striving to exceed expectations on every tour.
- Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality and efficient time management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Career.zycto and Kingston positively at all times.
- Collect feedback from guests to continuously improve tour experiences.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Kingston's history, culture, geography, and attractions.
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling abilities.

- Ability to engage diverse groups of people (all ages, backgrounds, nationalities).
