This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to shape public opinion, engage with key legislative bodies, and advocate for critical issues on behalf of our diverse clientele.

As a Lobbyist at Career.zycto, you will be at the forefront of policy engagement, operating within the intricate political landscape of Hamburg and Germany. Your role will involve meticulously researching legislative proposals, understanding the nuances of public policy, and crafting compelling arguments that resonate with decision-makers across various sectors. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust, ethical relationships with government officials, parliamentary representatives, industry leaders, and non-governmental organizations. This isn’t just about presenting facts; it’s about building trust, fostering dialogue, and strategically positioning our clients’ interests in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

We are looking for an individual who thrives on intellectual challenge, possesses exceptional analytical abilities, and can translate intricate policy details into actionable advocacy strategies. You will monitor legislative and regulatory developments closely, anticipate potential impacts on our clients, and develop proactive engagement plans that align with their strategic objectives. Your day-to-day will involve attending committee hearings, networking events, conducting briefings for stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive reports, policy positions, and advocacy materials. The ability to articulate complex issues clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both orally and in written form, is paramount. You will also be responsible for identifying emerging trends and potential threats or opportunities in the political arena, advising clients accordingly, and adapting strategies to respond to a rapidly evolving environment.

This role demands a deep understanding of Germany’s political system, its economic drivers, and the unique socio-political fabric of Hamburg. Success in this position requires not only a keen intellect and strategic acumen but also impeccable ethics, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to transparency in all advocacy efforts.
