Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance policies (life, health, property, auto, etc.) to individuals and businesses.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and complete application forms in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and regular policy reviews.
  • Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, collecting documentation, and facilitating communication with adjusters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
