Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tender lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to submission and follow-up.
- Analyze RFQ/RFP documents thoroughly to understand client requirements and scope.
- Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance) to gather all necessary information and inputs for proposals.
- Develop compelling and compliant tender responses, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure all submissions adhere to strict deadlines and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender activities, documentation, and communication.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tender submissions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners regarding tender clarifications and updates.
- Prepare detailed reports on tender outcomes and provide insights for future bids.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Tender Coordinator or similar role in a B2B environment.
