Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and other effective sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell a variety of insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property) tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and policy applications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring full understanding.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, support, and liaison with the claims department.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and proactive advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and new insurance products.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
