Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples according to established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.
- Meticulously record, organize, and archive experimental data and results.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety regulations, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist senior researchers and scientists with experimental setup, data collection, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies to ensure continuous operations.
- Participate in laboratory meetings and contribute to discussions regarding experimental design and results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Basic understanding of general laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, weighing, solution preparation).
