Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging and informative tours showcasing the culture, history, and natural beauty of Beverly Hills, St. Andrew, and surrounding areas.
- Greet guests warmly, provide clear instructions, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour.
- Share accurate and captivating narratives, historical facts, and local insights about the tour locations.
- Manage tour logistics, including transportation coordination, timing, and problem-solving unforeseen issues.
- Offer exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and physical capabilities of diverse groups and individuals.
- Promote local businesses, artisans, and sustainable tourism practices.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of Jamaican attractions, current events, and relevant regulations.

Required Skills
