Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to accurately identify and understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance policies (e.g., life, health, auto, property, commercial) tailored to individual or business needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through excellent relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide ongoing policy service, and assist with policy reviews and adjustments.
- Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity, assisting with paperwork and documentation.
- Liaise effectively with insurance providers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and fair claims resolution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and claims processing efficiency goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, regulatory changes, and local market conditions in Jamaica.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, claims status, and client interactions.
Required Skills
- Proven sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a sales-driven environment.
