Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the till point accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist with merchandising, ensuring shelves are stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
- Receive and process incoming stock, including unpacking and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming sales floor and store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Actively promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
