Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement a range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families on condition management, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate, concise, and timely patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit and service improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all professional codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and safeguarding policies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET scores as per UKVI requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a UK NHS or private healthcare setting.
- Specialization or advanced training in a specific area of physiotherapy (e.g., MSK, neuro, cardio-respiratory).
- Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to lifelong learning.
