Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement a range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families on condition management, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate, concise, and timely patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit and service improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all professional codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and safeguarding policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET scores as per UKVI requirements).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a UK NHS or private healthcare setting.
  • Specialization or advanced training in a specific area of physiotherapy (e.g., MSK, neuro, cardio-respiratory).
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Experience with electronic patient record systems.
