Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
  • Support individuals with medication administration, adhering strictly to prescribed guidelines and recording procedures.
  • Prepare and cook meals, assist with feeding, and manage dietary requirements as per individual care plans.
  • Perform light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, tidy, and comfortable living environment.
  • Facilitate and support service users in accessing community activities, appointments, and social engagements.
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and engage in meaningful conversations to promote mental well-being.
  • Accurately document all care provided, observations, and any changes in the service user's condition or needs.
  • Adhere to all individual care plans, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Report any concerns or significant changes to senior staff or management promptly.
