Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided food safety and hygiene training sessions.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal food handling regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Handle and store ingredients and prepared foods safely and correctly.
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and learning opportunities within various food service environments.
Required Skills
