Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various methods including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Present, explain, and sell a diverse range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, business) to individuals and businesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation, liaising with adjusters, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate applications, policy changes, and claims forms.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims status.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

  • Existing network within the De La Vega City/Spanish Town community.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in additional local languages (e.g., Jamaican Patois).
