Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform detailed variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, providing explanations and insights into key performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support various business initiatives, scenario planning, and investment appraisals.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the monthly close process by analyzing financial data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather essential financial data and understand underlying business operations.
- Actively contribute to process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic projects and critical decision-making processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and relevant external regulations.
- Utilize financial software and advanced analytical tools proficiently to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- Proven experience with financial modeling and comprehensive data analysis.
