Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced field personnel with daily operations on oil and gas sites.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or potential hazards.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, inspections, and material usage as required.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain productivity.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding task progress and any issues encountered.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
