Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
  • Support residents with mobility and safe transfers, utilising appropriate equipment and techniques as trained.
  • Administer medication accurately and safely in accordance with individual care plans and company policies.
  • Help prepare and serve nutritious meals, encouraging healthy eating habits and adequate hydration.
  • Engage residents in meaningful social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote well-being and interaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, reporting any concerns or significant changes in a resident's condition to senior staff.
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, and control over their daily lives at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
