Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Travel Consultants in researching and booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and necessary paperwork for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service, basic travel information, and directing complex queries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and booking information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and supplier terms.
- Verify travel details, ensure compliance with travel policies, and confirm all bookings with suppliers and clients.
- Assist with essential administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, expense reporting, and general office support.
- Stay informed about current travel industry trends, popular destination information, visa requirements, and supplier promotions to enhance service delivery.
- Support the team in resolving client issues or travel disruptions promptly and professionally, seeking guidance from senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold Career.zycto's reputation.
Required Skills
