Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team, focusing on essential repairs and fixing tasks across our Kelvinbridge, Glasgow premises and potentially client sites. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs proactively.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks across various disciplines including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and general building fabric.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency call-outs, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and organize tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external contractors.
- Assist with minor renovations, installations, and assembly tasks as required.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within work areas.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role.
