Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan and record keeping.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or for shopping.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behaviour, or well-being to the care coordinator.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
