Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Administer medication in accordance with prescribed guidelines and company policy (following training).
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
  • Monitor and record clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and professional standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
