Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medication in accordance with prescribed guidelines and company policy (following training).
- Assist clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and record clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
