Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) for various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely online presence.
- Actively monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Engage with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and brand-consistent manner.
- Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests designed to boost engagement and reach.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, identifying key insights and areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform algorithm changes, and digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider marketing team on content ideas, campaign execution, and overall brand messaging.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (personal or professional) in managing and growing social media accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar, for creating compelling visual content.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
