Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive information regarding local attractions, dining, transportation, and events.
- Handle reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest/client needs and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Resolve guest/client concerns or complaints with diplomacy and a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain an updated database of local services, amenities, and points of interest.
- Assist with luggage handling, mail, and package services as required.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, administration) to ensure seamless service delivery.
