Career.zycto is actively seeking motivated Care Assistants to provide essential support to elderly individuals and those with disabilities within the Eglinton area of Glasgow. This vital role involves assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life within their own homes or supported living environments. As a Care Assistant, you will become a trusted companion and a source of invaluable practical support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Administer medication prompts and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, assisting with feeding as required.
- Offer companionship, engaging clients in conversation and stimulating activities.
- Perform light household duties, ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor and record client's health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in attending appointments and participating in community activities.
- Adhere strictly to care plans, policies, and procedures.

- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (advantageous but not essential).
