Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, following individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication as prescribed, adhering to strict protocols and maintaining accurate records.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of mobility aids.
- Facilitate community engagement and social inclusion activities to prevent isolation.
- Assist with light household duties and errands, such as shopping or attending appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and safeguarding procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, always promoting client independence and dignity.
Required Skills
