Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders, and ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events, managing calendars and sending timely reminders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution.
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and administrative needs as they arise.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with accuracy.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
  • Contribute to improving office processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills
