Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Present and explain various insurance policies clearly and persuasively, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Successfully close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Assist clients with the submission of insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process, providing updates and empathetic support.
- Liaise effectively with insurance adjusters, underwriters, and other internal departments to expedite claims resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
