Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified therapists in delivering treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to patients.
- Support patients with mobility, exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs) as per instructions.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after therapy sessions, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Document patient progress, observations, and feedback accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions, reporting any changes in their condition or concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care, such as scheduling and record-keeping.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning discussions.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
