Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Replenisher to join our team in Downtown Coral Springs. As a Stock Replenisher, you will be a vital part of our operational success, ensuring that our products are always available, organized, and perfectly presented for our customers and internal teams.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining optimal stock levels on the sales floor and in storage areas. This isn’t just about moving boxes; it’s about strategic placement, accurate inventory management, and contributing to an efficient and visually appealing environment. You’ll be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and processing incoming shipments, meticulously checking items against invoices, and swiftly getting products where they need to be. A keen eye for detail will be essential in identifying any discrepancies, damaged goods, or items nearing expiration, ensuring only the highest quality products reach our shelves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise and supplies, verifying against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
  • Efficiently replenish stock on shelves, displays, and storage areas according to merchandising guidelines and inventory rotation principles (e.g., FIFO).
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of stockrooms, storage areas, and sales floors.
  • Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management to minimize shrinkage and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged, defective, or misplaced merchandise and assist in processing returns or disposals.
  • Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) as required.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and operational policies.
  • Assist with preparing products for promotions, sales events, and seasonal changes.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and organizing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory verification.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stockroom environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or point-of-sale (POS) software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
