Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments securely.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Scan items and ensure correct pricing.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding loss prevention.
- Assist with bagging items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to learn and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
