Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, covering everything from maintaining impeccable store presentation and managing inventory to assisting with sales transactions and resolving customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and store management duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support merchandising efforts, including product display, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash registers, and handle returns/exchanges.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and help manage incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and fostering effective communication.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling and inventory
