Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Administer medication following established protocols and client care plans.
  • Perform light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Offer companionship, engage in stimulating activities, and provide emotional support.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or errands as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or well-being to the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
