Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and respectful personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as per care plans.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Undertake light household duties, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and documented care plans, meticulously recording all actions.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or living conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
- Accurately complete daily care logs, documentation, and incident reports.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
