Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, files, and records in digital systems.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related communications.
- Facilitate internal and external communication among project stakeholders.
- Manage project calendars, resources, and administrative tasks.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and communicate them to the Project Manager.
- Support the onboarding of new project team members, providing necessary documentation and access.
- Utilize project management software and collaborative tools effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
