Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and efficient Stock Replenisher to join our night shift team in Chemin Grenier, Savanne District. This critical role is the backbone of our operational readiness, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked, meticulously organized, and ready for our customers each morning. Working predominantly during the quieter night hours, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and accurately placing new inventory, ensuring products are easily accessible and presented according to company standards.
This position requires an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be handling a variety of products, using equipment to move stock, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming inventory deliveries, verifying contents against invoices and delivery notes.
- Efficiently sort, organize, and store products in designated areas within the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and racks with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate discrepancies or low stock items to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including aisles, backrooms, and receiving areas.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits as required.
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth night operations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.
