Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and reagents according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under supervision.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.
- Assist senior researchers in setting up and dismantling experimental apparatus.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute to preliminary report generation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report significant malfunctions.
Required Skills
- Basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, weighing, solution preparation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
