Key Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers in preparing and processing loan applications and related documentation.
- Accurately input client information and loan data into our proprietary systems.
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
- Communicate professionally with clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors to gather necessary documentation or clarify details.
- Maintain organized and confidential physical and digital client files.
