Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead a diverse range of engaging activities for residents, both individually and in groups.
- Support residents in participating in activities, offering encouragement and assistance as needed.
- Help to create and maintain an activity schedule that reflects residents' interests and promotes well-being.
- Assist with setting up and tidying away activity areas and equipment.
- Document resident participation and feedback to continuously improve activity offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure activities are integrated into residents' daily routines.
- Provide one-on-one companionship and support to residents, fostering meaningful relationships.
- Contribute to a positive, warm, and stimulating atmosphere within the care home.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
