Job Description
Are you a passionate and user-centric Product Designer ready to make a significant impact? Career.zycto is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team in Hanover. As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our innovative products, from initial concept to final implementation. You’ll work within a dynamic, cross-functional team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Your role will involve translating complex problems into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional designs that delight our users. We are looking for someone who thrives in an iterative environment, possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX/UI skills, and has a proven track record of bringing successful products to life. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate research insights and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various platforms (web, mobile).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle, advocating for the user at every stage.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product offerings.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user testing and team input.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously elevate our product experiences.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve design quality and team collaboration.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful product design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with motion design and animation for user interfaces.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
- Experience contributing to or leading design system initiatives.
- Prior experience working on complex enterprise software or SaaS products.
