Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the CRM system (e.g., updating contact information, logging interactions, ensuring data cleanliness).
- Assist in generating standard reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights.
- Provide first-level support to CRM users, troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Help develop and maintain CRM best practices and user guides to ensure consistent data quality and system usage.
- Support the implementation of new CRM features or updates by assisting with testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services) to understand their CRM needs and provide administrative support.
