Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging, informative, and entertaining tours of Savanna-la-Mar and surrounding areas, tailored to diverse group interests.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, flora, fauna, and current events in an accessible and captivating manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, transportation coordination (if applicable), and time management to adhere to itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing questions or concerns professionally.
