Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medication accurately and according to prescribed schedules.
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage dietary requirements.
- Assist with light household duties, shopping, and managing appointments.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities and hobbies.
- Support clients to access community resources and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and daily records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the client's independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or support work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised.
